Jessica Hansen is an Efficiency Expert and Productivity Professional,  turning chaos into order, overcoming obstacles, and creating resilience in life and business.  Jessica is a sought-after keynote speaker, leads engaging workshops, and is the leader of the Portland Chapter of an International Women’s Empowerment Organization.  Jessica has spoken on stages across the nation with her commitment to see passionate women succeed by removing blocks holding them back. She knows a thing or two about balance as a mother of 4 kids, 20 chickens, and 2 dogs.  In her free time, you’ll find her in the garden or the forest, reading books, taking classes, or volunteering in the community. She recently founded Jubilee Collective, a Coworking and Community Collaboration space in Scappoose, OR.  She’s passionate about helping women succeed with their unique dreams by creating efficient systems and strategies for running their businesses, saving time and money. Her book will be published mid-year 2018.

She is certified through the prestigious New Ventures West organization, where she is also adjunct faculty.

Molly Nickles has been a professional photographer for 17 years; 10 of those years have been in Wenatchee Valley. Molly studied at Brooks Institute of Photography in California. Her husband had a passion for photography when they met, so when they married, it was a creative union as well! Ben&Molly Photographers was founded 10 years ago. Building their business with integrity, close-knit networking, an emphasis on customer service and venue owner experience they have become the preferred wedding photographers by the venue owners at some of the most sought-after wedding venues in Chelan, Leavenworth, and Wenatchee.

Tammey Grable-Woodford is an executive level consultant, powerful speaker and inspired author who guides others to embrace their experiences and create purpose from pain. She has tested and proved that our most empowering experiences come from those moments where we feel most powerless. After being diagnosed with stage 3 micrometastatic breast cancer, Tammey transitioned from her elite, corporate positions to a career of passion, purpose and reach. She shares her stories, lessons, and perspectives with humor, candor and empathy. Leaving audiences inspired and with tools to achieve. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is currently enjoying her role as principal of Taniant, a consulting company that utilizes her vast experience with non-profit organizations and high influence public and private sector entities.  Her book will be published in early 2019.

Lyn Kelley was a stay-at-home parent for nearly 15 years yet was never really out of work.  Currently, she is a marketing professional of many hats. She is Special Events coordinator at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center. At Confluence Health, she helps new providers and their families get settled in the community. She is on the board of the Wenatchee Central Lions. She volunteered with the Numerica Performing Arts Center’s Festival of Trees, Young Life’s Taste of Wenatchee and numerous church groups. She’s been on the board of the Wenatchee Panthers Booster Club. She’s also been involved with various fundraising auctions throughout the great Wenatchee area.

Heather joined ADP in April 2011 and serves as an Account Manager within the RPO division of the organization.  As an experienced Account Manager, Heather has worked closely with her clients as well as her internal teams to manage contract compliance, service delivery execution, and process improvements.  Heather is dedicated to her client’s success continually looks to enhancing the RPO experience for all involved.  She has coached, mentored and trained the resources that support her accounts and to ensure resources are properly aligned at all time.   Previous to Heather’s role as an Account Manager, Heather served as a Client Relationship Manager whereby she ensured strategic management of client relationships and programs.  She was responsible for partnering with her Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers and drove recruiting strategies and delivery.

In the beginning, I had no concept of the fullness of the subject or the total personal transformation that I would enjoy as my knowledge and understanding of Feng Shui grew.  I decided to take the plunge to become a certified Classical Feng Shui Consultant under the great Katie Weber and her Red Lotus School of Feng Shui. I am also trained in Space Clearing and House Blessings. For quite some time it has been my dream to share the wonderful benefits of Feng Shui and Space Clearing and with that, My KaiZen Home was born!  I offer local in-person consultations as well as long-distance consultations. My background also includes a degree in Holistic Healthcare from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts with emphasis on Nutrition, Western Herbalism, and Life Coaching. “Improve your environment, improve your life”.

Lindsey Rogers, a proud mom of a recent high school graduate(eek!) and after a turbulent marriage and divorce now a single woman living what you can only describe as, My Best Life! All things fashion keeps me going, leading and motivating women through life coaching is my passion, and girl if there’s a great donuts I don’t know about, do tell (it’s my kryptonite)!  There’s a lot of pressure that comes with being a woman these days. We are the super moms, wives, friends, and employees, right? How are we all these things to all these people and still living in OUR passion every day? Most of us, are not! My life is crazy most days, I have a full-time career in Social Work and I juggle a brick and mortar clothing boutique along with an online boutique! When I have a shred of time left over, you will find me mentoring, speaking, or writing about my fierce passion for helping women live fearlessly into who they were meant to be.

Cindy is the Chief Finance and Strategy Officer for Numerica Credit Union where she is responsible for finance, culture and HR functions of the credit union.  Cindy has a proven track record for leading teams, improving processes and implementing change.  She graduated from Gonzaga University with a BA in Business Administration & Accounting and has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry.  Cindy is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Global Management Accountant and holds a Certified Innovation Executive designation from the Credit Union Executive Society.  She currently serves on the Spokane Public Schools Foundation Board and Spokane University District Board.  Cindy is passionate about education and enjoys spending her free time with her four children, three dogs and one cat.
